Why there are no IDEAL men???

"When creating Husbands, God promised women
that good and ideal husbands
would be found in all corners of the world..
and then he made the world round...."

One of my students had posed this quotation on FB. Well, it only shows that God did really have a wicked sense of humor. Perhaps, He knew, it would be hard..no.. impossible to satisfy any woman and so he made a standard version, compatible to all kinds of women. I am assuming that God is He, and He made man in his image. So the sense of amazement and confusion He had about what would satisfy a woman has come down to us mortals... We wonder what a woman wants.... they wonder why men do not understand them!!!! Frankly speaking, that is where the fun is and the name of game is Guess. Some times you hit the bulls eye and mostly, you end up looking like a lost puppy. In fact, that is what every woman wishes. She wishes that the man looks lost and helpless; how else do you think they can demand the most outrageous gifts as compensation for not able to understand them!!!!! Have you ever seen a girl hold a puppy; they practice that right from childhood. Practice does pay dividends.

Perhaps, if God were to be a She, things would have been different. Then man would have been made in a way a woman desires a man to be. Each a customized version for every type of woman. (you see, woman can not be a standard version) It would be like carrying a smart phone, you just have to think and it would do your wish. I do not know how happy women would then be.... they would surely get bored of having each of their whims and fancies fulfilled. Every thing would be very obvious, predictable, monotonous and "so what".

Honestly, I am no misogynist. I believe in philanthropy. I do not take sides... because every coin has two sides to it. one adds value & beauty to the other. I have no idea what constitutes an IDEAL type of man or woman. Ideal, to me is like a limits problem in mathematics; a man/woman can only approach IDEAL but can not equal it. We always hope there is something extra which could be added, no matter what. That is life. The yearn for the extra bit..... to be an IDEAL one.
